Once you have made your reservation you will automatically receive the voucher in your email. Printing the voucher is not necessary, you can show your voucher to our guide from your mobile device.
If the weather is bad, is the activity cancelled?
Our activities are not cancelled in case of rain or bad weather. If the weather is extremely bad and we are forced to cancel the activity we will contact you to let you know. However, if you wish to cancel your reservation you can do so by contacting us.
What is the maximum number of people in a group?
We cannot assure you how many people will be in each group. Our activities are usually done in groups of a few people. If in any case we receive a high number of reservations we will divide the group into smaller groups.

All our activities are adapted for people with reduced mobility. In case you or any of your companions have reduced mobility, please indicate it in the “Comments” field of the reservation form.
