You can make your reservation online using the reservation form. Choose the day you want to make your reservation and complete the form. Once you have made your reservation you will automatically receive the voucher in your email. Printing the voucher is not necessary, you can show your voucher to our guide from your mobile device.
If the weather is bad, is the activity cancelled?
Our activities are not cancelled in case of rain or bad weather. If the weather is extremely bad and we are forced to cancel the activity we will contact you to let you know. However, if you wish to cancel your reservation you can do so by contacting us.
What is the maximum number of people in a group?
We cannot assure you how many people will be in each group. Our activities are usually done in groups of a few people. If in any case we receive a high number of reservations we will divide the group into smaller groups.
Are the activities adapted for people with reduced mobility?
All our activities are adapted for people with reduced mobility. In case you or any of your companions have reduced mobility, please indicate it in the “Comments” field of the reservation form.
Is online payment secure?
All the electronic payment process is done on servers with SSL encrypted secure connection. You can pay with Paypal or credit/debit card safely.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation up to 48 hours before the activity date: no charge and 100% refund.
Between 48 and 24 hours before the departure time: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours, late arrival or no show: no refund.
